We also provide music with professional speakers and an amplifier placed in the garden courtyard. You can connect your mobile phone and from the amplifier you can also listen to the radio.

This is a family property built in the early 20th Century, and fully renovated with all the modern conveniences that someone expects to find in a house today. The property is fully air-conditioned with units in the living room the bedrooms and the ground level, and also provides Wi-Fi coverage throughout. It is divided in three levels:

The ground level
It contains a fully functional kitchen with a fireplace, a kitchen island, dishwasher, fridge, with freezer and all the cooking equipment you will need to cook a great meal. The basement also has a bathroom with a bathtub and a toilet. From this level you may access the garden on the back side where you will also find a wood stove. At the end of the garden, you will find stairs leading to the parking area.

Accessible from the ground level through stairs, the basement is where the main entrance of the house is located. There is also a spacious living room with a large LED TV and with views of the valley, one double bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a dining area with a second fireplace. Outside the entrance there is a detached kitchen room with a fridge and cooking essentials.
