Inside, the villa features a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, including an oven, hob, fridge-freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, and coffee maker—everything you need for effortless holiday living. The open-plan living and dining area is designed for comfort, boasting air conditioning, built-in bench seating for six, and a cozy dining table for three or four. Step through the patio doors to a sun-drenched terrace with stunning sea views. The villa offers three thoughtfully designed bedrooms: two doubles with ceiling fans for cool, restful nights and a twin room with two beds, one slightly larger, also with a ceiling fan. Two separate shower rooms with WC ensure convenience for all guests.
Villa Anguilia’s outdoor spaces are a haven of tranquility. A swimming pool with Roman steps is surrounded by six sun loungers and a bench, all overlooking breathtaking sea views. From the terrace, descend four steps to the pool area, perfect for sun-soaked days. The covered terrace invites you to unwind with rattan seating for four or five and a spacious dining table with an inbuilt sofa and additional chairs. Nearby, an inbuilt BBQ awaits for al fresco feasts. For panoramic views, head up the staircase to the roof terrace, furnished with a table and chairs for four—ideal for enjoying sunsets over the sea. This property is set in the heart of Binibeca, a peaceful coastal village on Menorca’s south-east coast. Known for its whitewashed houses and narrow pedestrian lanes, the area has a relaxed, laid-back atmosphere and a distinctive charm.
From the property, it’s just a short drive to Playa de Binibeca a sheltered beach with clear, shallow waters. A small selection of local restaurants and cafés are nearby, along with a mini-market and a few souvenir shops. Everything you need for a simple beach holiday is within easy reach, though having a car is useful if you’d like to explore more of the island.
The nearby village of Cala Torret offers more dining options, and the island’s capital, Mahón, is about a 20-minute drive away. Binibeca was designed to reflect traditional Menorcan fishing villages, giving it a unique look and a quiet, welcoming feel.

Tax
There is a Balearic Eco Tourist Tax of €2.20 per person per night for over 16's for the first 9 nights, reducing to €1.10 per person per night thereafter. This is not included in the rental price and will need to be paid to Oliver's Travels with the balance payment.
