The Space:
Enjoy a peaceful stay in this completely renovated studio, ideally located a few steps from the Luxembourg gardens and the famous Bon Marché! Perfectly furnished, it can accommodate up to two people.
The studio includes:
• A living space: has a Smart TV, a ceiling fan, storage space, unlimited Wi-Fi access and a queen-size bed (160 × 200 cm) with new and extremely comfortable bedding.
• A bathroom: includes a modern shower and toilet, as well as a hairdryer, soap and shampoo.
Sheets, blankets, pillows and towels are provided for the duration of your stay.
• A fully equipped open kitchen: washing machine, microwave oven, hotplates, kettle, Nespresso machine, kitchen utensils and pots.
• A dining area: designed to enjoy your meals comfortably.
The studio also has an iron and ironing board.

If you require a cot and high chair, please inform us in advance (with 72 hours' notice), and subject to availability, we will happily provide these.

Check-In and Check-Out:
Check-in time is from 2:00 pm.
For early check-ins or late check-outs, availability will be confirmed 24 hours prior, with applicable charges.
Deposit Requirement:
A deposit of €150 is essential for accessing the property, payable online ONLY by card via SWIKLY. Expect a refund from 21 business days post-departure, provided no damages are noted.

Key Management policy
Additional Key: This service is reserved only for stays of 15 days or more.
Do not leave the keys on the door or inside the apartment at any time.
Forgotten keys inside (requiring door opening): €80 fee.
Lost keys: €80 fee + cost of key replacement.
Keys not returned after check-out: Charged either the cost of key reproduction or, if necessary, the full cost of lock replacement — ranging from €100 to €2500, depending on the lock type.
Unauthorized Late Check-out: €90.
Cigarette Smell Detected After Your Stay: €450.
Responsibilities and Guidelines:
Respect neighbors' peace and quiet. Loud noises might result in deposit deductions.
Please be aware of construction work will start on the building on Monday, March 11th, involving scaffolding for an indefinite period. We would like to inform that we are not responsible for these works and they are beyond our control. We will not accept any complaints regarding this matter.
Internet Access:
Kindly avoid unauthorized online activities. We are not responsible for connection malfunctions.
We would like to inform you that the minimum age to make a reservation is 21 years. Individuals under the age of 21 will be allowed to enter only in the presence of an adult meeting the required age. Otherwise, they will not be allowed to stay on the property, and no refund requests will be accepted if this rule is not adhered to.
