On the ground floor, you'll find an inviting open layout, connecting the kitchen, living room, and dining area seamlessly. The fully equipped kitchen with an island and the outdoor barbecue area will delight culinary enthusiasts (or feel free to ask us about hiring a chef). The stylish bar is perfect for evening drinks. Both indoor and outdoor dining areas, along with ample lounge seating, ensure plenty of space for quality time with loved ones.

The villa comprises 3 master bedrooms and 1 family bedroom for 4 people. Two master bedrooms are downstairs. The first boasts a king bed, air conditioning, a private furnished terrace with pool access, a separate TV room, and a bathroom with shower, double vanity, and outdoor jacuzzi. The second features 2 queen beds, air conditioning, a private terrace, and an ensuite bathroom.

Upstairs, a cozy sitting area with another bar offers ocean views. The third bedroom, ideal for a family with 2 children, includes a tropical canopy bed, ensuite bathroom, and a furnished balcony with ocean views. The fourth bedroom, another main suite, features a king bed, ensuite bathroom, and access to a large furnished terrace with golf and ocean views.

Large sliding doors on the ground floor blur the lines between indoors and outdoors, inviting you to enjoy the terrace and garden. Outdoors, the saltwater pool surrounds the palapa, offering views of the golf course and the peaceful Farallon cliff ridge. Additionally, there's a relaxing jacuzzi to enhance your leisure experience.

You'll encounter 4 reflective pools in the villa's grounds, amplifying the pleasant coolness during your sunny getaway in the Dominican Republic.

-VILLA STAFF-

You'll have two maids attending to your villa. One to keep things tidy, make beds, and refresh towels and linens. Linens are changed weekly for a fresh feel (for stays of more than 8 nights).

The other maid can assist with cooking simple dishes, traditional Dominican food, prepare coffee and cut fruits, but please note that she is not a professional chef.

Once you make your booking, our dedicated manager will be at your service online to assist you throughout your stay, whether it's arranging transportation to and from the airport or to other places, booking activities, or scheduling spa services.

Other things to note

-VILLA RULES-

• Private events are not permitted on the premises.
• Smoking is prohibited inside the villa.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Minimum stay is 3 nights.
• Maximum occupancy is 10 persons. If there are children, a maximum of 12 persons is allowed.
• Upon check-in, a deposit of $1500 in cash is required, which will be refunded upon check-out.

This is a smaller beach situated in a cove by the mouth of the marina and the beach club has a swimming pool, restaurant & bar ($).

The property is conveniently located approx. 9.5 miles from Punta Cana International Airport – just a short drive and you’ll arrive at the villa. If you want to go off property to explore the local area, the Puntacana Shopping Village and Blue Mall Puntacana are located just outside the resort and you can easily get there in a rental car or with our pre-arranged transportation service ($).

-GETTING AROUND-

If you’re staying at Cap Cana, you might not really need a rental car. However, should you feel the need to rent a car, please know that it is perfectly safe to drive around town on your own – just keep your eyes open and be prepared for anything in traffic! Normal traffic rules and laws do apply even though they are not always practiced by the locals!

If you prefer to have someone drive you to where you need to go, we can provide reliable and comfortable transportation in e.g. a minivan, small bus or luxury vehicle (e.g. Chevrolet Tahoe). Please ask your villa manager for more information, prices and availability.
