The house is located in the central area of Dubrovnik- Gruz area.
It has nice location by being located only the footsteps ( up to 5 minutes of walking distance) from many restaurants, supermarkets, shopping centre , green market, 3 bus stations near the house, taxi rank, promenade along the sea, etc.
It takes only up to 10 minutes by the direct bus to get to the Old town ( the buses are going constantly every 15 minutes all day long- daily bus ticket is quite cheap- the daily bus ticket costs 4 EUR)
Also you can easily get for 5 minutes by cheap Uber taxi that comes directly in front of the house. There are 3 bus stations located near the house ( or approximately it take up to 5 minutes of walking distance)
The famous promenade along the seaside is located 5 minutes of walking distance from the house.
The house is surrounded by beautiful nature of pine trees, orange trees. You can feel the fresh air and enjoy the harmony of a peaceful atmosphere. This place offers really amazing sea views at nearby Ellaphite islands and almost entire Dubrovnik! You can enjoy amazing sea views from its large stone terraces and 10 meters long balcony that offers really amazing scenic views of Ellaphite islands! The house is very spacious. It contains two comfortable air conditioned flats with 5 large bedrooms with parquet floors,2 fully equipped kitchens, living room, 2 stone terraces, balcony, etc.
Also, we can organise daily boat trips to Ellaphite islands for you if you prefer it.
