As you step inside, you are greeted by an inviting atmosphere with modern touches. The kitchen is a sociable space, thoughtfully designed with sleek lines, warm wooden finishes, and a central breakfast table perfect for leisurely morning coffees. From here, doors open onto the terrace, inviting the outside in. The living space, bathed in natural light, offers a cosy spot to unwind with plush furnishings and carefully curated décor that makes every corner feel special. The four bedrooms provide a haven of privacy and comfort, with two doubles and a master suite upstairs and one annexed bedroom on the ground floor. An additional office offers a quiet nook for work or reflection if needed.

Security deposit
€2500 charged to client's credit card as a pre-authorisation at least 2 weeks prior to arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection.

Advertised rates are based on 8 guests (main house & annexe). The main house alone is available for up to 6 guests in May and June. Please enquire for a quote and accurate availability.

Changeover day
Saturday - all other changeover days on request.
End of stay cleaning
Extra €450, payable to Oliver's Travels with the balance. Guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.

Minimum stay
14 nights mid-July to mid-August, otherwise 7 nights.

Included. Please note that like all heated pools, pool heating and water temperature are reliant on weather and outside temperatures.
