La Collina degli Ulivi (Perugia) is a welcoming structure typical of rural areas of the past century. The rural house is located in a small hill along the Tiber valley in central Italy near Perugia and Umbertide. Immersed in a vast agricultural valley cultivated with vines, olive trees, wheat and rich pastures. In a couple of hours by car you can reach Rome, Florence and the Adriatic Sea.
Surrounded by greenery, in a place outside the world but close to the main roads, in a wild countryside, La Collina degli Ulivi is a rustic farmhouse but equipped with all modern comforts. The villa is an ideal place for holidays, relax and visit the art cities of Umbria: Gubbio, Assisi, Perugia, Spoleto, Orvieto, Spello, Todi.
Upon arrival you will be welcomed by the owner or the manager of your charming holiday apartment, a clean property and kept in excellent condition, ideal for a quiet holiday in Umbria. Regardless of how you spend your days - embarking on trips out of town, shopping, visiting the most famous museums in the area or simply driving inland, when you arrive at home in the evening you will have the chance to rest with family and friends on board your pool concluding in beauty another fantastic day of vacation in Umbria. The farmhouse consists of four accommodations (Ortensia, Passiflora not bookable for the moment , Cotoneaster, Ginestra and Iris), each apartment has its own private living area with one or 2 bedrooms and a bathroom.
If all the apartments are not booked, the house can accommodate up to 16 guests. Generally the structure is open from May to October. This announcement concerns the Iris apartment.

IRIS is an apartment consisting of a dining room with kitchenette, a bathroom, a bedroom consisting of a double bed and a single bed for a total of 3 guests.

Meals are not provided, the use of the kitchen equipped with the necessary utensils is made available. Provided the first set of bed linen, and bathroom with hairdryer. Final cleaning included.Heating costs 15 E. per day.
The property offers a nice wooden pool, parking, free wifi, a barbecue area with an annex consisting of a dining room and kitchen for common use.
