Villa Sirocco is a stunning 4-bedroom villa located along the picturesque coastline of Binisafuller in Menorca, offering accommodation for up to 8 guests. The villa’s spacious layout features a bright and airy open-plan living area with large windows that let in plenty of natural light, creating a relaxed and inviting atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing meals, which can be enjoyed in the dining area or al fresco on the terrace.

Each of the four comfortable bedrooms is designed with modern furnishings and ample storage, offering a restful retreat for guests. The villa’s outdoor grounds are equally impressive, with a private swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers, a covered dining area, and a well-maintained garden. One of the highlights of this property is it's seafront location, looking over the Mediterranean Sea. Just a few steps from the villa, guests can stand on the rocky coastline and enjoy the sea breeze, and even jump directly into the sea! Roughly a 15-minute walk along the coastline will take you to a small sandy cove, or a short drive along the coast in the other direction will lead you to Binibeca, a family-friendly beach with a wider sandy shore and more dining options in the area. Menorca’s charming towns, scenic trails, and attractions like Lloc de Menorca Zoo are also nearby, ensuring something for everyone.

Security deposit
£400 charged to client's credit card as a pre-authorisation at least 2 weeks prior to arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection.

End of stay cleaning available?

Tax
There is a Balearic Eco Tourist Tax of €2.20 per person per night for over 16's for the first 9 nights, reducing to €1.10 per person per night thereafter. This is not included in the rental price and will need to be paid to Oliver's Travels with the balance payment.
