The five well-appointed bedrooms are spread across the main villa and the guest suites, adjacent to the villa. The villa also includes five ensuite bathrooms, ensuring comfort and convenience for all guests.
Outside, the villa boasts expansive grounds, including a private swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers, a covered terrace for al fresco dining, and a lush garden with plenty of space for children to play.
The surrounding area is peaceful, with nearby beaches and charming local restaurants and bars just a short drive away. Located in the serene Binibeca Nou area, a quiet corner of Binibeca along Menorca’s stunning coastline, this villa is just a short distance from white sandy beaches and charming local restaurants and bars.
The villa also provides easy access to some of Menorca’s most stunning beaches, including the secluded Cala Mitjana and the turquoise waters of Cala Galdana. Nature enthusiasts can explore the Camí de Cavalls, an ancient coastal path that circles the island, offering scenic trails for hiking and biking.
Menorca is known for its rich history, evident in landmarks such as the Naveta d'es Tudons, a prehistoric burial site, and the charming town of Ciutadella, where you can wander through cobbled streets lined with historic buildings and boutique shops. The nearby town of Ferreries offers local markets where visitors can sample Menorcan delicacies like sobrassada (spicy pork sausage) and queso de Mahón (local cheese), both iconic to the island.

Tax
There is a Balearic Eco Tourist Tax of €2.20 per person per night for over 16's for the first 9 nights, reducing to €1.10 per person per night thereafter. This is not included in the rental price and will need to be paid to Olivers Travels with the balance payment.
