Stepping inside, you are greeted by a spacious L-shaped open-plan kitchen and dining area, bathed in natural light. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances you need, including a large American-style fridge-freezer and an induction hob, making it easy to whip up a delightful meal. The dining table comfortably seats six, creating a warm space for family dinners or catching up with friends. A sliding door connects to the inviting living room, where you can unwind on the plush sofas, catch up on your favourite shows, or enjoy the breeze wafting in through the French windows that open onto the terrace.

The villa boasts four comfortable bedrooms, each with air conditioning for those warm summer nights. Two of the bedrooms feature French windows that lead directly to the pool terrace, allowing for easy access to a refreshing dip. The master bedroom on the first floor is a true haven, offering a dressing room, an ensuite bathroom, and its own private roof terrace. Imagine starting your day with a cup of coffee while soaking in panoramic sea views from your sun lounger.

Outside, Villa Selvatico truly shines. The covered terrace provides an ideal spot for al fresco dining, overlooking the lovely pool area. Security deposit
€1,000 charged to client's credit card as a pre-authorisation at least 2 weeks prior to arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection.

Standard changeover clean included in the price. Guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.

Insurance
Guests are required to be in possession of a valid insurance policy, which covers them for cancellations, loss of personal belongings, personal liability and any accidental damage caused during their stay.

Tax
There is a Balearic Eco Tourist Tax of €2.20 per person per night for over 16's for the first 9 nights, reducing to €1.10 per person per night thereafter. This is not included in the rental price and will need to be paid to Olivers Travels with the balance payment.
