The heart of the home is a spacious and well-equipped kitchen featuring a built-in induction hob, oven, and two fridge freezers, alongside a dishwasher and washing machine for your convenience. Patio doors lead you to the main terrace, while a second glass door opens onto the dining terrace, creating a seamless flow between indoor and outdoor living. The open plan living and dining area is air-conditioned and furnished with large, inviting sofas, two comfortable armchairs, and a TV complete with a SONOS bar and Apple TV. The villa boasts five tastefully appointed bedrooms, including a master suite that features a large double bed, dressing room, and en-suite bathroom complete with a bath and large walk-in shower. Each bedroom is designed for comfort, with air-conditioning and ample natural light filtering through patio doors that open onto the garden, providing easy access to the pool. There’s also an annex with the fifth double bedroom and en-suite shower room, perfect for guests seeking a little more privacy.
Step outside to discover a large lawned garden that stretches out towards the heated swimming pool with Roman steps, surrounded by a spacious sun terrace. The covered dining terrace is ideal for al fresco meals, equipped with a large teak dining table and a Weber gas barbecue for summer cookouts. Security deposit
£1,000 charged to client's credit card as a pre-authorisation at least 2 weeks prior to arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection.

End of stay cleaning
Standard changeover clean included in the price. Guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.

Other 2
Please note that guests are required to take their rubbish to the municipal bins at the end of their stay, located just a short walk from the property. They will be provided with directions in their pre-arrival information. Please be aware that if more than one bag of rubbish is left in the property after the guests' departure, they will be subject to a €50 fine, payable to the property manager.

Pool heating charge?
For those who require pool heating, there will be an additional charge of £400/week (to be paid to OT prior to travel). This extra is only available on request, and with prior arrangement before arrival. Please note that like all heated pools, pool heating and water temperature are reliant on weather and outside temperatures.
Tax
There is a Balearic Eco Tourist Tax of €2.20 per person per night for over 16's for the first 9 nights, reducing to €1.10 per person per night thereafter. This is not included in the rental price and will need to be paid to Oliver's Travels with the balance payment.

Other Cleaning
Stays of one week include a mid-week clean. Stays of two weeks include a light clean and then one week later a bigger clean and linen/towel change. Further cleaning is sometimes available, depending on schedules, and subject to an additional charge. Please enquire for more information.
