Set on the southern tip of the island, this newly renovated villa is surrounded by private homes, providing a peaceful atmosphere while being located within a short walking distance of the beautiful Binibeca beach (roughly 20 minutes) and the charming fishing village of Cala Torret, where you can find a selection of local restaurants and bars.
As you step inside Villa Monocroma, you are greeted by an inviting open-plan living and kitchen area that exudes a warm and homely feel. The well-equipped kitchen is a joy for any budding chef and features modern appliances like a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, and a coffee machine to kickstart your mornings. Gather around the breakfast bar with seating for four, or lounge in the comfortable living area with two plush sofas, perfect for enjoying a movie on the Smart TV. The villa accommodates up to eight guests, with a main bedroom featuring a king-size bed and en suite bathroom for added convenience. One additional double bedroom, with an ensuite, and two twin bedrooms, providing plenty of space for family or friends. Each room is equipped with air conditioning and built-in wardrobes, ensuring a restful stay in the comfort of your own personal haven.

Security deposit
£500 charged to client's credit card as a pre-authorisation at least 2 weeks prior to arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection.

End of stay cleaning
Standard changeover clean included in the price. Guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.

Smoking & vaping are not permitted inside.
Insurance
Guests are required to be in possession of a valid insurance policy, which covers them for cancellations, loss of personal belongings, personal liability and any accidental damage caused during their stay.

7 nights. All other durations upon request.

Tax
There is a Balearic Eco Tourist Tax of €2.20 per person per night for over 16's for the first 9 nights, reducing to €1.10 per person per night thereafter. This is not included in the rental price and will need to be paid to Olivers Travels with the balance payment.
