The villa is in the Can Singala area, at the quiet western end of the Pine Walk, set back just from the Illa D'or Hotel area.

The villa incorporates modern design, with contemporary fixtures, fittings & furnishings to provide a very comfortable & relaxing home. A south facing pool (7.5m x 3.5m), lots of space for sun lovers, outside dining, large BBQ, roof terrace and high-end pool-side furnishings.

Inside, the fully air-conditioned/heated space includes 40 foot living space, brand new fitted kitchen with Aeg appliances (also providinging Dolce Gusto coffee machine).

Villa towels,beach towels, hair dryers, Egyptian cotton bedding and complimentary toiletries from The White Company of London all supplied.

To be so near the sea, with no need for a car, with a pool and fitted to a high quality modern standard, the villa is ideal to enjoy this popular, family focused holiday destination.

The villa has free high speed 300mb wireless internet and UK TV terrestrial channels.

As owner, I handle all enquires personally and provide a direct personal service to all guests, from the first enquiry, through booking and to arrival.

The Villa has a wonderful local English manager. She and her team are responsible for cleaning, laundry, pool care, maintenance etc.
