Villa Montagna is nestled in the charming coastal village of Nerano, a serene location on the Sorrentine Peninsula. Known for its stunning natural beauty, the area is surrounded by lush greenery, rugged cliffs, and sparkling blue waters. Just a short walk from the villa, you'll find the beautiful beach of Marina del Cantone, famous for its pebbled shores and crystal-clear waters, making it a popular spot for swimming, sunbathing, and water sports.

€300 paid in cash to the owner upon arrival and refunded upon departure, subject to full inspection.

End of stay cleaning
Extra €295, payable locally. Guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
