Beautiful 3 bedroom (sleep 6- plus cots) 3 bath villa on gated golf resort. Close to the beautiful Mar Menor beaches, restaurants and shops.We have everything from toddlers to teenagers!!
The villa is on the gated Roda Golf and Beach Resort, just 25km from Murcia International Airport and 1 hour from Alicante Airport , which is served by low-cost flights from most UK regional airports, making it a very convenient location. It’s about a mile from the nearest beach at Los Alcazares which is sandy with warm shallow waters and backed by a long pushchair-friendly 5km promenade complete with cafe bars and kids play areas dotted along it.
The nearest large supermarkets of Mercadona, Consum, Lidl and Aldi are situated near the front entrance to the gated golf course. This beautiful 3 double bedroom villa comes with shaded parking for 1 vehicle, a well-equipped kitchen, an open-plan lounge diner with sliding doors to the fan cooled spacious terrace furnished with a six-seater dining table, loungers and gas barbecue. There are three bathrooms with shower facilities. Along with the long list of baby gear provided, the villa comes with: Internet provided TV, DVD player, CD player, Ipod docking station, internet access, oven, hob, fridge-freezer, washing machine, clothes drying rack, dish-washer, microwave, toaster, kettle. All linen and towels (including beach towels) are provided.
The entire area is low-rise in the main, but for a dose of culture, the historic city of Cartagena is around 20mins away and has some inspiring architecture, museums, good shopping and a pretty waterfront area with bars and bistros. The city of Murcia (40mins) is also quite a discovery with a cosmopolitan feel, great shopping, dining and the impressive Roman ruins. The new Terra Natura zoological park in Murcia is a great day out and a very well put together safari-style experience.
