Watersongvillarental / Florida Delight is located just a 12 miles drive to Walt Disney World and is perfectly placed for exploring the wealth of attractions that Orlando has to offer such as Universal Studios, SeaWorld, Legoland, golf courses and top-class shopping.

Based in Watersong Resort, Davenport our villa is available all year round.

Watersong is surrounded by lakes, woodlands and wildlife. It has often been described as 'a hidden gem', a haven of peace and tranquillity. It is an extremely child / family friendly resort.

Villa details:

With superb accommodation for up to 12 guests, our villa in Watersong offers every possible amenity in a luxury gated development within easy reach of local attractions.

Ground floor: Entry via a keyless system. Code for entry supplied by renter.

Lounge on Entry: 2 x 3 seater settee and single armchair, table plus 4 chairs and smart TV. House alarm

Games room: Pool table, table football and air hockey. Samsung smart wall mounted TV and sound bar. a highchair, stroller and cot.

Kitchen area: Fully stocked kitchen with American fridge freezer, Stove and oven, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee machine. Breakfast bar with 4 stools

Bar area: Just off the front lounge a useful area to stock your drinks and here you will find books and family games.

Main Lounge / TV area: Ceiling mounted fan. Large sectional settee and 2 wing back chairs. 65 inch smart TV with sound bar. Side table lamps. AC controller.

Dining Area: Dining table seating for 12. Feature dimmable ceiling mounted lighting

First Floor - a relatively wide staircase leads to the landing area

The landing area is where you will find the washing machine and dryer, an ironing board and iron discreetly housed in a large inbuilt cupboard.

On the opposite side of the landing from these utilities is another large, well-stocked cupboard containing additional towels for showering or for use around the pool. Bathrooms are all made up with towels ready for your arrival.

Bedrooms: 6 bedrooms with common features - all have:

*huge wardrobe spaces with coat hangers provided
*bedside cabinets with side lamps
*ensuite shower rooms
*hairdryers
*32 inch smart TVs with the villa licence for Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney TV and Peacock TV (sports channels). Cable TV is provided by Spectrum.

Bedrooms with different features
*Bedrooms 1 & 3 have a bath in addition to their ensuites and have King Beds.
*Bedrooms 2 & 4 have Queen beds
*Bedroom 5 has 2 single beds.
*Bedroom 6 has a bunk bed, top bunk a single and bottom bunk a double.
*Bedrooms 1-4 have ceiling fans. Portable fans are available for bedrooms 5 -6
*Bedrooms 1,3 and 4 have walk in wardrobes.

Outside Area.

We do not have any properties directly opposite of behind our villa and the deck area is very private having 6' privacy screening between our villa and neighbours on both sides. The rear outlook is a conservation view with an abundance of wildlife. Wading birds can be seen in the overflow pool at certain times of the year.

There are 2 tables (seat 6) with umbrellas and 8 chairs plus two rocking chairs for outdoor dining. There are four loungers for those wanting to capture the rays from the Floridian sun. Our orange corner seating is extremely comfortable and a relaxing area to occupy. Great place for sitting out under the starry skies after a day at the parks.

Both the pool and spa have recently been upgraded with handrails which assists access to both.

Heating for both Pool and Spa can be made at the time of booking or added later. It can take up to 24 hours for the pool to reach heat (88oF) from cold (depending on outside weather). The Spa is a very comfortable 100oF

About Watersong:

It is within easy reach of Orlando and Disney World Resort and is built on a natural reserve, with lakes and a variety of wildlife (check out the beautiful Sand Hill Cranes and the alligators which are occasionally spotted in the lake by the gatehouse).

Watersong has a clubhouse which is free to access for all guests staying on the resort. Down at the clubhouse, which is a pleasant 5-10 minute walk from our villa you will discover that there is a large outside pool, which is zero entry, meaning that you can walk straight into the water without having to climb down any steps. The pool is heated in the winter months and is open daily from dawn to dusk. The separate spa is heated all year. Around the pool area, which is fenced and gated, there are numerous sun loungers and also a number of tables and chairs.

There is an indoor gym, a room for playing table tennis, shuffleboard and air hockey as well as a large reception area. There is a communal club lounge and also a cybercafé with printing facilities.

The Clubhouse and gym are open daily from 8.30 am - 5.00pm and within the Clubhouse there is a reception desk which is manned 7 days a week.

Other activities by the Clubhouse include a children’s playground and volleyball court. There are weekly trash collections from each villa each Tuesday. An outside vendor takes and returns trash carts (Monday carts out, Tuesday carts in).

Resort Entry

Watersong in Florida is entered through a gatehouse which is manned 24 hours a day. Party details are requested from the lead guest, and these are uploaded onto the Watersong Gatehouse database. Only registered guests will be allowed to enter the resort.
