Step through the front door and into a spacious hallway that leads to the heart of the villa. The interiors are designed with a comfortable, modern style in mind. To your right, you will find the expansive living area, where large windows let in plenty of natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The open-plan design seamlessly connects the living room with the dining space and kitchen, making it easy to enjoy meals together. The kitchen is fully equipped, with ample counter space and seating for eight at the dining table, plus an additional four spots at the breakfast counter—ideal for casual snacks or quick meals.
Continue exploring, and you’ll find a delightful surprise in the form of a private theatre room, perfect for movie nights. Adjacent to this is the game room, featuring a pool table, an arcade game, and a smart TV—a great spot for family fun and friendly competition.
When it comes to sleeping arrangements, Villa Odoba caters to your every need. Security deposit
A non-refundable $85 damage waiver charged to the client by Oliver's Travels. The waiver provides a limited damage cover in case of any damage to the property or its contents (except in the case of deliberate or reckless acts) up to the value of $1500. Above $1500, claims will be made to recoup the extra charges incurred to repair any damage. Any damage should be immediately reported to the property.

End of stay cleaning
Extra $271.27, payable to Oliver's Travels with the balance payment. Guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
