The ground floor features two elegant master suites, each furnished with a king-sized bed and a private bathroom, offering a serene space for relaxation after a day of exploring. The open-plan living area is perfect for gathering; the fully equipped kitchen boasts ample counter space, a dining table with room for twelve, and a breakfast bar for five. It is the ideal setting for family meals or planning the day's adventures.
As you wander through the villa, you will find an expansive game room. Here, the air hockey table and pool table offer hours of fun for everyone. For movie nights, the dedicated theatre room provides a cosy spot with plenty of seating to enjoy your favourite films.
Venturing outside, the villa’s private pool area is a real treat. The south-facing pool and spa are perfectly positioned for sunny days and evening swims. Comfortable loungers and a shaded dining area make it a fantastic space for relaxation or enjoying a meal al fresco.

Security deposit
A non-refundable $95 damage waiver charged to the client by Oliver's Travels. The waiver provides a limited damage cover in case of any damage to the property or its contents (except in the case of deliberate or reckless acts) up to the value of $1500. Above $1500, claims will be made to recoup the extra charges incurred to repair any damage. Any damage should be immediately reported to the property.

End of stay cleaning
Extra $328.02, payable to Oliver's Travels with the balance payment. Guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
