€500 charged to client’s credit card by the owner before/upon arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection.

Other Ts and Cs
Please note:

• Use of the sauna is optional and costs 350,00€ per week. The Sauna should be requested in advance so it can be connected prior to your arrival.
  
  -Use of hot tub usage is optional and costs 350,00€ per week. This should be requested at least one week in advance. Should it be requested after arrival at the villa, the minimum charge applicable is one week, which is payable from the time the heating is turned on.
  
  
• For health reasons, linen for a baby cot is not provided and you should bring your own.
  
• Guests need to vacate the villa during a mid-stay clean and change of linen.

Changeover day
Flexible

End of stay cleaning
Standard changeover clean included in the price. Guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.

Pool heating charge?
For those who require pool heating, there will be an additional charge of €350 per week for a setting of 26ºC, paid proir to arrival to OT. This extra is only available on request, and with prior arrangement before arrival. Please note that like all heated pools, pool heating and water temperature are reliant on weather and outside temperatures.

Tax
You will be required to pay 2€ per person per night for all guests aged over 13 years old, up to a maximum of 14€ per person. This payment is required in cash at check-in.
