The air-conditioned living spaces feature large patio doors that open onto the beautiful pool terrace. The modern, well-equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher and essential cooking amenities. The villa also has three bedrooms—two with double beds and one with two single beds—and two shared bathrooms with showers.

Please note that all extras are subject to availability and must be requested in advance of the holiday (prices on request). Due to some rural/remote locations, not all services will be available at all properties. However, we will always do our best to fulfil your requests!
Security deposit
€500 charged to client's credit card as a pre-authorisation prior to arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection. The property manager will contact the clients directly to carry out the pre-authorisation.
Arrival time
4 pm - 10 pm. Please note that arrivals after 10pm incur an additional fee of €60 and arrivals after midnight incur a fee of €80.

Linen & towels included?
Yes, included in the rental price. A change of bed linen can be requested and is available at a charge of €26 per bed. Please request this during the booking process.
Pets welcome?
One pet is allowed at an additional charge and on request only. Pets will only be accepted with prior agreement from the owner. Please enquire during the booking process.

The following extras are available on request and at an extra cost, paid to the owner before arrival:

End of stay cleaning
Extra €405, payable to Oliver's Travels with the balance payment. Guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.

Other 2
The property managers have their own experienced catering team and the use of any external caterers is not permitted. Please request at the time of booking.

7 nights during Christmas and NYE. 4 nights during other periods.
