The first house is arranged over three levels. On the upper floor, an ensuite double bedroom provides a restful retreat. The ground floor features a fully equipped kitchen and an inviting living room with a fireplace, ideal for relaxed evenings. On the lower level, an additional lounge area includes two sofa beds suitable for flexible sleeping arrangements, alongside two single bedrooms that are ideal for staff or teenagers.

The second house comprises four ensuite double bedrooms, each with a private entrance, offering guests both comfort and autonomy.

Outdoors, a generous swimming pool is framed by sun loungers and parasols, while a gas barbecue and preparation area set the scene for leisurely alfresco dining. €5000 paid via bank transfer to the owner before arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection.

Please note that on occasions, in Greece, extremes in weather can cause water and/ or electric supply to be cut or reduced. Services are normally restored as soon as possible.

End of stay cleaning
Standard changeover clean included in the price. Guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
