Villa Lemonia is traditional Cretan style, with shuttered windows, whitewashed walls and terracotta tiled roof. In its own large private garden with a secure driveway for parking, covered patio area for dining, large private pool with space for sunbathing, BBQ and outside dining area as well as a small fruit orchard.
Positioned conveniently just 10 minutes’ walk from the historic and picturesque village of Old Malia, Villa Lemonia sits in a small, quiet residential area with views out over Malia and the backdrop of the mountains and olive groves. And this is a unique place to enjoy a truly private Cretan get-away, to enjoy the sun, the pool or to use as a base to explore the surrounding beaches and countryside.
The Ground floor apartment enjoys an open plan living, dining room and kitchen area with a corner suite, TV, dining table and a fully equipped kitchen with fridge freezer, oven and hob. There are two bedrooms via a small hallway sleeping 4 people in a queen double and two singles. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes with plenty of storage cabinets and drawers and dressing tables. The front double bedroom enjoys a lovely aspect out over the garden and pool area with shuttered doors that open out onto the patio.
It’s the outside space at Villa Lemonia which offers the unique advantage to enjoy a truly private holiday experience. A beautiful private 10 metre pool is at your disposal to enjoy during your stay, sunbeds and umbrellas are provided. There are plenty of seating areas, either in the shade on the patio or at the end of the pool which enjoys sun all day right up until sunset. There’s also a private BBQ and outside cooking area facing the fruit orchard, which is picturesque in the evenings for those evenings with family or friends.
The owners live in the first floor apartment but you will enjoy sole used of the pool and garden during your stay.
It's a quiet residential area so not a place for loud music or parties which is why we only rent to over 25's. This listing is for the ground floor villa apartment.
