The estate extends over forty hectares, with 1,500 centuries-old olive trees framing the landscape. Renowned for its prestigious extra virgin olive oil, this enchanting place is a feast for the senses. The Masseria sits within the olive groves, offering a refined combination of comfort and rustic charm.   

Inside, the luminous expanse of the open-plan living area exudes a welcoming warmth, with beamed ceilings and weathered stonework harking back to centuries past. Stepping outside, an air of enchantment makes every moment feel like a holiday. Nearby the gorges of the Canale del Fano, which is immersed in a unique habitat, lies the bio-lake. This natural swimming pool has been designed to heat up, with its mirrored surface perfectly integrating with the surrounding environment.

Security deposit
€4000 charged to client’s credit card by the owner one month before arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection.

Please note home security devices are installed internally and externally at the villa. Internal cameras are located in the kitchen and in the hall. They can be turned off on request. Please enquire for further information.

Please a cot and extra bed are available at extra cost on request, payable locally in cash.

Changeover day
Flexible.

End of stay cleaning
Standard changeover clean included in the price. Guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.

Pool heating charge?
Pool heating available from November until March at extra cost of 500€ per week on request. Please note that like all heated pools, pool heating and water temperature are reliant on weather and outside temperatures.
