Villa MariVital is one of just eight villas within this exclusive eco-residential condominium. The villa accommodates up to 9 guests and features a modern open design with solar-powered water heating, Class A energy-efficient air-conditioning, and an eco-friendly ventilation system.

Pool heating

Pool heating up to 25°C is available for €40 per night.
This service must be booked for the full duration of the stay and requires 24 to 48 hours’ notice.

Important information

Minimum age for group bookings
To ensure a quiet and respectful environment within the residential community, group bookings are accepted only when all guests are at least 25 years old.

Families welcome
This age requirement does not apply to families. Guests travelling with children of any age are very welcome.

Mariola and Tina were the perfect hosts, you wont be disappointed with this booking, our 2 kids [11 and 13] loved the villa, the pool , the space and really everything was 100% without any issues or drama - the perfect get away !

Villa was exceeded expectations, hosts on hand at check in to explain everything. The whole house was spotlessly clean with everything you need for a relaxing break. Heated pool was a bonus and close to supermarkets and 10 minute walk down to the old town. Would recommend and hope to return next year.
