Villa Mogliano

Villa Mogliano is a beautifully restored four-bedroom farmhouse set amid the rolling hills of Le Marche, Italy, offering a peaceful retreat for up to nine guests. Rich in history and tastefully styled by its Anglo-Italian owners, the villa seamlessly blends traditional charm—terracotta floors, beamed ceilings, and antique furnishings—with modern comforts including air conditioning, TVs, and a washing machine.

On the ground floor, guests are welcomed into a light-filled living room and an open-plan kitchen-dining area with garden views. The well-equipped kitchen features a coffee machine, dishwasher, and formal dining space. This level also includes a sunny double bedroom with an en-suite shower room and a separate laundry room.

Upstairs, the second floor houses two charming double bedrooms, a family bathroom with bath and shower, and a cosy living area with a sofa bed, desk, and TV. The top floor reveals a fourth bedroom with a double bed and en-suite shower, offering scenic views and rustic elegance.

Outside, the villa's expansive garden and private swimming pool create a tranquil setting for relaxing or enjoying al-fresco meals. Shaded dining areas, mature trees, and panoramic countryside views make the outdoor space a true highlight.

Despite its rural location, Villa Mogliano is just a short drive from the town of Mogliano, where you’ll find shops, art galleries, and restaurants. For a beach day, Civitanova Marche’s golden coastline lies only 30km away. Whether you're exploring local culture or simply unwinding by the pool, Villa Mogliano offers a quintessential Italian escape.

Security deposit
No security deposit is required. Instead, guests must pay a mandatory, non-refundable Damage Waiver Fee (please refer to the “Damage Waiver” section below). This fee helps cover accidental and unintentional damage that may occur during your stay.

4 p.m. and 7 p.m. Check-in outside this time may be subject to an extra cost. Please enquire for more details.

Published rates are only valid for the current year. Any bookings for subsequent years will be on request only and correct rates will be confirmed at the time of booking.

Changeover day
Saturday over summer, flexible rest of year.

End of stay cleaning
Extra €195, payable to Oliver's Travels with the balance payment. Guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.

Smoking Allowed?
Smoking & Vaping are not permitted.

Minimum stay
7 nights. All other durations on request.

Heating costs included?
Not included in the rental price, extra cost according to consumption, to be paid locally. Air conditioning is an extra €160 a week.

Pool heating charge?
No, extra €45 per day payable locally upon request in advance. Please note that like all heated pools, pool heating and water temperature are reliant on weather and outside temperatures.

Tax
Italian Visitors Tax payable locally in cash (typically costs €1-€10 per adult per night - please enquire if exact amount is required).

Internet access?
Wi-Fi internet access included.

Pool towels included?
No.

Pool opening dates?
The pool is open approximately end April to mid-October. Please note that pool opening dates are subject to local weather conditions and pool maintenance requirements and that cooler months may not be suitable for swimming.

Damage Waiver
A mandatory, non-refundable damage waiver fee of €150 is payable to Oliver's Travels to give you added peace of mind during your stay. The damage waiver provides limited cover for accidental damage to the property or its contents, up to a maximum of €5,000. Damage caused by deliberate or reckless acts is excluded.
Any damage must be reported during your stay for the waiver to apply. Failure to report damage will invalidate the waiver.
Should the cost of repairing any damage exceed €5,000, guests will be responsible for covering the additional costs.
