Security deposit
€1,000 charged to client’s credit card by the property manager upon arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection.
Arrival time
4 pm. Late check-ins from 8pm – 12pm, or check-ins on Sundays/holidays at anytime will incur a charge of €60 per villa. Check-in after midnight any day will incur a charge of €100 per villa.

End of stay cleaning available?
Extra €200, paid to OT with the balance. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or garbage disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.

Smoking & vaping are not permitted.

7 nights during peak seasons. 3 nights all other times.
