Security deposit
€2,000 charged to client’s credit card by the property manager upon arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection.
Arrival time
4 pm. Late check-ins from 8pm – 12pm, or check-ins on Sundays/holidays at anytime will incur a charge of €60 per villa. Check-in after midnight any day will incur a charge of €100 per villa.

Pets welcome?
On request only and with prior agreement with the owner. If accepted, a pet supplement of €100 per pet will apply (paid locally).

The outside pool has the possibility of being fenced, on request, and subject to an additional charge. If you would like this addition during your stay, please request during the booking process.

Saturday during peak season. Flexible during other periods.
End of stay cleaning available?
Extra €300, paid to OT with the balance payment. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or garbage disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
Smoking Allowed?
Smoking & vaping are not permitted.

Guests will be required to sign a copy of the owner's rental terms before the arrival. Please enquire if you wish to know more.

Pool heating charge?
Not available for the outside pool.
For those who require the jacuzzi to be heated, there will be an additional charge of €40 per day (to be paid locally on arrival). This extra is only available on request, and with prior arrangement before arrival. Please note that like all heated pools, pool heating and water temperature may be affected by outside factors.
Tax
Tourist Tax of €1 per person per night for over 16's is not included in the rental price and will need to be paid locally in cash on arrival. (subject to change)
