Security deposit
€1500 charged to client’s credit card by the owner before/upon arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection.

Between 3 - 8 pm, arrivals out of schedule will have an extra cost of €50 to be paid directly to the owner.

A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to confirm a booking at this property (or full payment if booking within 12 weeks of departure).

End of stay cleaning available?
Not included on the rental price, extra €600 to be paid with the balance to OT. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or garbage disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
