The villa is a short hop to the main resorts of Protaras (Fig Tree Bay) and walking distance to Pernera and the idyllic bays and golden sandy beaches nearby.
The Villa is child friendly, with gating to prevent young wondering explorers from getting too far, and we also offer cots and high chairs for families that may require these items - we do however require adults to be with and supervise children around the pool at all times.
The villa itself is on an a private development consisting of only 9 luxury villas and is on a private and quiet road, perfect for families and only a short walk from the beach.

The master bedroom has an extra large kingsize bed and its own ensuite shower room with walk-in shower. There 3 other bedrooms upstairs can be configured as twins or large doubles and the 4th bedroom downstairs, can also be offered as a twin or large double.
Additionally a 3rd family bathroom with walk-in shower room and WC is located downstairs.
The property offers stunning views of the sea, whilst still being close to beautiful historic towns of Paralimni and Protoras and the famous resort of Fig Tree Bay as well as the resorts of Pernera, and Ayia Napa.
The Villa is only a short distance from the town of Paralimni and surrounded by numerous beaches, private bays and coves all within walking distance.
The main international airport, at Larnaca is 45 min drive away and the capital Nicosia, only an hours drive.
From the villa, you can admire majestic sea views and breathe the fresh, sea-scented air.
While the villa is not located in the center of the tourist resorts, a 10 min walk will take you into the heart of Pernera with the main tourist area of Protoras and Ayia Napa only 10 and 20 minutes drive away respectively.
