The property is above the road and is accessed via a staircase, with the pool on the right, there is the main entrance to the house containing an open plan kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine (with capsules), kettle, oven, hob and dining table, etc. leading to a large sitting room with standard TV.

The large covered terrace, with the most amazing views that you will never get bored with, which has a large dining table and also a seating area, can be accessed from both the kitchen/dining area and the sitting room.

There are two bedrooms (one with double bed and the other with two singles) both with access to the rear garden/courtyard, each with ceiling fans, a family bathroom with bath plus an En-suite with a shower and washing machine.
There is plenty of space outside with the south facing courtyard area catching sun most of the day, there is further seating and a protective barrier next to the upper entrance, which allows children to play in the upper garden with out having access to the pool area.
