Set at the foot of the striking La Concha mountain within an exclusive gated community, Casa Concha offers a serene retreat for up to seven guests. Ideally positioned near Marbella’s prestigious Golden Mile, this four-bedroom villa combines classic Andalucían design with modern comforts.

Inside, a bright, spacious living area features soft Mediterranean tones and large windows, flowing into a welcoming dining space and a fully equipped kitchen fitted with premium Gaggenau appliances. Perfect for casual breakfasts or gourmet dinners, the kitchen opens to the terrace, where the scent of fresh air enhances every meal.

The main suite includes an ensuite bathroom and direct access to a veranda with views over the pool and gardens. Two further double bedrooms share a shower room, while a fourth single bedroom offers an ensuite shower.

Outdoors, guests can enjoy a private pool, landscaped gardens, shaded terraces, and a barbecue area, all set against a backdrop of mountain and garden views. Whether swimming, lounging in the sun, or dining alfresco, Casa Concha is an inviting base for a memorable stay on the Costa del Sol.

Marbella, one of the Costa del Sol’s most captivating coastal cities, blends historic charm with vibrant seaside living. Begin in the enchanting Old Town, where cobbled streets, whitewashed facades, and flower-filled balconies frame cafés, tapas bars, and boutique shops. From here, stroll down Avenida del Mar, shaded by palms and adorned with Salvador Dalí sculptures, leading to the golden sands via Alameda Park’s ceramic benches and cooling fountains.

The palm-lined Paseo Marítimo stretches for seven kilometres along the shoreline, perfect for morning walks or sunset strolls, with plenty of cafés and restaurants along the way. For lively evenings, head to Puerto Banús, famed for its designer boutiques, luxury yachts, and buzzing nightlife. Golf enthusiasts are spoilt for choice, with championship courses such as Marbella Golf and Country Club just minutes away.

A day trip to Málaga is equally rewarding. Highlights include the Moorish Alcazaba fortress, the ancient Roman Theatre, and the grand cathedral, alongside a wealth of galleries and museums such as the Picasso Museum and Pompidou Centre Málaga. Please note that all extras are subject to availability and must be requested in advance of the holiday (prices on request). Due to some rural/remote locations, not all services will be available at all properties. However, we will always do our best to fulfill your requests!

Security deposit
€1,200 charged to client's credit card as a pre-authorisation at least 2 weeks prior to arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection.

Arrival time
3-10 pm. After 10 pm, there will be a fee of €150. Please let the property manager know if you will be arriving late.

Departure time
11 am. Departures after 11 am will incur a charge of a half-day's rent until 3 pm. After 3 pm, a full-night's rent will be charged to clients.

Yes, included in the rental price.

Linen & towels included?
Yes, included in the rental price, and changed once a week.

Pets welcome?
Not permitted.

End of stay cleaning
Extra €500, paid to Oliver's Travels with the balance. Guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
