In the charming whitewashed village of Periana, a welcoming village house awaits you in the heart of the old town: El Rinconcito de Conchi. Quietly situated and within walking distance of bars, restaurants, supermarkets, and bakeries, this house provides a retreat for those looking to experience authentic Spanish life.

This cottage has been lovingly decorated by Antonio and Inke to welcome guests who appreciate cozy originality and feel the love for life in a typical Andalusian village and its indescribably beautiful natural surroundings.

Step into a bright and original ground floor, adorned with beautiful tiles and typical elements. The living room harmoniously integrates with an open kitchen, equipped with modern conveniences such as an induction hob, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, and microwave.
A cozy lounge with a smart TV and chaise longues invites relaxation, while a lovely patio (a beautiful spot to sit at the end of a delightful vacation day) invites you to enjoy a delicious aperitif. A bathroom with bath/shower and a laundry room with a washing machine provide practical comfort.

On the first floor, you'll find a bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe and a second bedroom with two single beds (convertible into a double) and its own wardrobe. There is aircon in the 2 bedrooms. We love to offer our guests a restful and comfortable sleep.
A balcony with chairs offers a place to enjoy the fresh air, while a small lounge in the hallway can serve as a reading corner. On this floor, there is a separate toilet.

This house also warmly welcomes your animal friends (we provide food bowls and a bed), and safety barriers on the stairs ensure security for both children and pets.

Rinconcito de Conchi may not be a grand luxury accommodation, but it promises an immersive experience of the typical Spanish lifestyle.

Periana is surrounded by nature, with spectacular mountains to the north and the beautiful Viñuela Lake to the south, making it a paradise for hikers and cyclists.
Explore rich history with nearby prehistoric settlements such as Periana Cerro de Capellanía, El Fuerte, Llano de la Matanza, Rio Seco, and Cerro Alcolea. Two kilometers to the north, the Baños de Vilo, with their restored Moorish baths, can add a unique touch of medicinal relief and revitalization to your stay.
All the tourist attractions of Andalusia are easily reachable on a day trip, and if you fancy a day at the sea, the award-winning beach of Torre del Mar is just 40 km away.
For hiking enthusiasts: the Gran Senda de Málaga passes right by El Rinconcito de Conchi, and the beautiful hiking trail El Sentillo, not too touristy yet, with suspension bridges and waterfalls, begins 25 km from our house - a true discovery! (And to make it easy for you, we provide backpacks and Nordic walking poles upon request for a small fee.)
