The upper part of the villa can also be rented for uo to 4 people for the quieter months but not in July and August when it is rented for up to 8 people only.

The accommodation consists of:

Entrance is via a staircase from the road, with the pool on the right and two double bedrooms with 2 shower rooms to the right. These have their own entrance and have a small kitchen area with fridge, kettle and coffee machine. Up some stairs, past the swimming pool, there is the main entrance to the house containing an open plan kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine (with capsules), kettle, oven, hob etc. leading to a large sitting room with standard TV and satellite (German).

The large covered terrace, which has a large dining table and also a seating area, can be accessed from both the kitchen/dining area and the sitting room. There are 1 double bedroom with en-suite shower room (with washing machine) with double bed and the other bedroom with two singles, both with access to the garden/courtyard and with ceiling fans, a family bathroom.

Private pool.

NB There is no internal connection between the upper and lower bedrooms/bathrooms.
