There is parking available in the front garden of the property. Entrance to the upper (street level), Master bedroom with en/suite bathroom, a further double bedroom, and bedroom with a sofa bed suitable, family bathroom, staircase leading to lower level.
Large open sitting and dining area, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, American style fridge, microwave etc, guest WC, store room, TV, WIFI and doors leading to the terrace and garden area.
The terrace has comfortable seating with sun umbrella and shade, a large area covered by grass and a wooden decked chill out area which has additional seating and eating area, plus a small area that can be used as a bar. The garden offers plenty of sun and shade during most of the day. There is a small gate that leads to the communal pool and garden area.

The beach of Tamariu, with its choice of small shops, restaurants, bars and supermarkets is approx. 800m.
There is also a parking space (for one car) in the village itself which is very helpful for trips to the shops or to the beach if you do not want to walk
