This is a very beautiful house located in a quiet and well established urbanization

There is off street parking (the garage is not available for use), stone stairs and a ramp lead up from the parking area to the house porch and front door.

Entrance hall leading to large open sitting /dining room with wooden floor, the kitchen has been newly refurbished with dishwasher, gas hob and electric oven also with large fridge/freezer. One double bedroom (queen sized bed) with en-suite bathroom and balcony, (connected to main balcony), one twin bedroom and one further double bedroom, a further large shower room and a separate toilet. There is a one double bedroom with an en-suite shower room and air conditioning, next to the kitchen meaning that the villa is very flexible for one family looking for some extra room or two families together.

Free-view satellite Tv and Private WIFI.

Several terraces: a main terrace with sea and mountain views, the other very private, large and spacious terrace that surrounds the house in the back and leads to the pool area.

Off street parking for two cars.

The gardens are positively stunning, the rear terrace and pool area very private and the front balcony very large with wonderful sea and country views.

La ubicación de la casa es ideal para disfrutar de las vacaciones. Es tranquila y a pocos minutos en coche de las playas de Begur/Palafrugell y de todos los servicios necesarios. La casa tiene un encanto especial, es de estilo rústico y desde una de las terrazas se puede disfrutar de vistas panorámicas al mar y en la parte posterior de la piscina....

Great location, very quite and perfect for a family with kids. Conveniently located not far away from everything (you need a car though!). Furniture and amenities in general well. We had a pleasant stay.

This is a lovely , pretty villa rustic style . The pool and terraces are great and make for a relaxing environment. Short drive to begur and some great coves, beaches. We enjoyed very much the our stay here.
