This lovely property is a built on 3 levels and is semi-detached. It has plenty of space for everyone and with a mixture of beds and bedrooms makes it a super property for slighter larger groups. It shares a large pool and gardens with 10 other properties has private parking (plus street parking). There is a gate leading from the lower part of the community which gives a short cut to the beach, shope and restaurants of Playa de Pals. It is a short drive (10 mins) to the beautiful medieval villages of Begur and Pals. There are two supermarkets with in a 5 mins drive.
The entrance level (where the parking area is) has a large double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, down stairs to the mid level which has a fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, electric hob and oven, together with a dining table. large sitting room and exit to the covered terrace, which in turn leads to the garden and communal pool area.
