It is also within a 3-minute walking distance to the new market. Villa Lotus is a newly built villa, completed in 2022. It features 6 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and toilet. Every room is spacious and has a generous balcony.

Our villa is ideal for large families, offering a spacious pool and a lush green garden. Villa Lotus has a 50m² swimming pool and an adjacent 5m² children's pool in its garden. Around the pool, there are sun umbrellas, loungers, and stools for 8 people. The garden also includes a parking space for one vehicle. Next to the parking area, there is a barbecue area, seating group, and an open kitchen.

Kitchen and Living Room
The living room is equipped with two large seating groups and a twelve-person dining table. There is also another twelve-person dining table on the veranda, which opens up to the garden. The living room features a large television with satellite channels. Additionally, there is Wi-Fi internet service available in the rooms and the garden. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, pots, pans, a kettle, and dinnerware for sixteen people. Additionally, the kitchen is stocked with all necessary utensils. On the ground floor, there is a laundry room with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. There is also a shared toilet on the ground floor.
