El Palo, Malaga 2nd line beach apartment

Malaga City. El Palo, 2nd line Beach apartment 2 bedrooms 1 bathroom.
Apartment Ideally located set back from the Paseo Maritimo of El Palo so avoiding all the noise yet just a few meters from the beach and all the bars and restaurants. The apartment is in a typical fisherman's area.
Apartment is on the 1st and 2nd floor in a typical house in the beach area of El Palo , first floor , sitting room ,2 bedrooms and bathroom,(the bathroom only has a toilet , washbasin and shower unit which is quite small.

Second floor kitchen and terrace which is partially glassed in so you can sit outside all year round.
There is a second terrace accessed by a spiral staircase with views over the bay of Malaga.
beach chairs, umbrellas , Beach towels and mats are provided.

Swinging Hammock .The terrace is partially glassed in with sliding windows so you can eat outside all year round.You can go up again to the top terrace which also has a table and chairs plus sun bed.It is an ideal spot to watch the sun set with a glass of wine .
It has views over the bay of Malaga.
Fibre optic internet connection . Air conditioning in all rooms .
Smart tv with all Spanish and English channels plus Amazon Prime and Netflix.

Although it is requested that you don't smoke inside the house it is ok to do so on the terrace.
Beaches: The beaches in front of the house are made up of little coves so ideal for
swimming.
During the summer months it is extremely difficult to find a parking space.
Its a 20 minute bus ride into the centre of Malaga , buses run every 5 minutes its a 4 minute walk to the bus stop and the shops .
A taxi can be booked for transport to and from the airport at a cost of €43.
