The villa Sleeps 4 people and has 2 double bedrooms with built in wardrobes, bedside cabinets, celling fans and heating.

Master bedroom has a king size bed and en-suite bathroom. Second bedroom has 2 single beds and there is a separate bathroom.

Both bathrooms have a walk in shower with basin, toilet and heater.

All bedding, towels including pool/beach towels are supplied.

TV with UK/ international channels plus Netflix.

The open plan living room and fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar has air conditioning/ heating.

There is a iron with ironing board and hairdryer.

It’s a 15-20 min walk into Quesada or Benijofar town where you will find plenty of restaurants and bars with live entertainment. You will also find all other amenities including supermarkets, mini golf, bowling and shops.

La Marquesa Golf course 5 min drive. ⛳️🏌️‍♂️

35 min drive from Alicante airport. ✈️

We have just spent a month at Villa Rio. What a great time we’ve had. Walk right or left and you will reach bars & restaurants. It has the most amazing patio that gets the sun all day with everything you need to relax. Thanks for your hospitality. We will be back.

Just returned today from a fantastic holiday with Toby at Villa Rio. On arrival we was greeted by the lovely Judith, had a lovely surprise the villa was decorated with red balloons, wine etc as was celebrating our 10 year anniversary. Was a lovely start to the holiday! Transfer cab was excellent, from the airport and going home was already outside...
