Welcome to our beautiful detached villa with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and private pool. It can sleep up to 4 people and has 3 beds.

Its situated in a quite residential area in Quesada, Costa Blanca South not far from Alicante airport and within walking distance to some beautiful towns.

Spacious Living Area:

The villa boasts a bright and airy living room with large patio doors, allowing natural light to flood the space. The open-plan design creates a seamless flow between the living room and kitchen area, perfect for entertaining. The comfy leather sofa is the perfect place to relax and watch your favourite programmes on the 40" smart TV. The great selection of UK/ International channels including movies, sports and series, plus Netflix means you will always find something to watch. The air conditioning will also ensure you stay cool and comfortable during your stay. The Complimentary fast speed Wifi covers the whole of the villa and the outside area, so you can stream or browse at your pleasure and for work purposes.

Modern Kitchen:

The contemporary kitchen is equipped with all appliances, ample storage, and breakfast bar with 4 stools. It has an electric oven and hob, fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee maker. It has all the essentials in order to cook and serve your favourite dishes. If things get a bit hot the air conditioning also covers the kitchen area. For your safety there is a fire extinguisher and smoke detector.

Master Bedroom:

The generously sized master bedroom offers a peaceful retreat with an en-suite bathroom featuring elegant fixtures. The large patio doors that lead outside to the rear of the villa allows ample of nature light into the room. The comfy king size bed has lights on the headboard either side with bedside cabinets and the built in sliding mirror wardrobes provides plenty of storage. The celling fan has a remote control and there is a heating if required.

Second Bedroom:

The well-proportioned double second bedroom comes with 2 single beds with headboard and lights, built-in sliding wardrobes, again with plenty of storage and bedside cabinet. The celling fan has a remote control and there is a heating if required.

Bathrooms:

The villa includes two modern bathrooms, each designed with quality in mind, providing a touch of luxury. Both have a walk in shower with toilet, sink and unit, plus heater.

Towels and lining:

All fresh bedding and bath towels are provided, including pool towels. There is also an iron with ironing board and hairdryer for your use.

Private Garden/ Terrace and swimming Pool:

Enjoy your own private large outdoor space with your own 6x3 pool. Its the perfect place for relaxing or cooking on the gas BBQ. The south facing terrace allows you to soak up the sun all day and at anytime of the year. The sun heats the pool during the summer to a warm temperature and is cooler the remaining time of the year. The 4 Sunbeds with comfy cushions around the pool provide you with the opportunity to sunbath and dry off in sun after being in the pool. The large awning provides some shade with comfortable seating and table for your drinks. For outside dining there is a table and chairs with parasol. Pick your own lemons or limes from our trees and enjoy these with your drinks.

The secure private gated driveway has room to park a vehicle.

Convenient Location:

Quesada is a charming town located in the southern part of the Costa Blanca region. It is known for its beautiful coastal views, lush landscapes, and a unique blend of Mediterranean culture and modern amenities. Villa Rio is ideally situated and is about 30 min drive from Alicante airport. Once at the villa its just a 15-20 min walk into Quesada or Benijofar town and also the Benisol commercial centre where you find local amenities, including shops, supermarkets and plenty of restaurants and bars with live entertainment. You will also find mini golf, bowling and soft play for the younger children.

Rojales Aqua park is a 10 min walk
