The villa is spread over several levels, surrounded by lush greenery, offering a secluded and peaceful atmosphere. The sleek facade, punctuated by expansive openings, seamlessly connects the interior with the outdoor spaces. The decor is minimalist yet elegant, with refined furnishings and playful touches, such as colorful artwork and unique lighting. The spacious ground-floor kitchen boasts high-end appliances and a long central counter, while the adjoining dining room provides ample space for guests. A luxurious living room features large windows framing breathtaking views of the terrace and surrounding nature.
Stepping outside, the expansive terrace is home to a spectacular infinity pool that seemingly merges with the forest below. Multiple seating areas provide shaded spots for alfresco dining, and stylish loungers invite you to relax by the pool. As evening falls, guests can enjoy a meal on the terrace, unwind in the hot tub, or retreat to the state-of-the-art home cinema for a cozy night in.
The villa has eight bedrooms, six of which have en-suite bathrooms. The other two bedrooms are in a private guest apartment, and share a bathroom. Each room is thoughtfully furnished, with floor-to-ceiling windows that bring in plenty of light, while many rooms open to additional terraces with serene views.
For fitness and relaxation, there’s a gym, spa area with sauna and steam room, and even a private tennis court. An indoor beauty salon completes this luxurious property. At the heart of the villa is ‘The Pulse,’ a striking 15-meter steel sculpture by Anne Quinze, connecting the home’s levels with its artistic presence.
Located in a tranquil residential neighborhood in the Sierra Blanca foothills, Villa Moderna offers a serene escape just a short drive from the Costa del Sol’s pristine beaches. In under 15 minutes, you can reach the coastline, where golden sands stretch into the crystal-clear Mediterranean waters. Playa de Nagüeles, a favorite spot, is home to Marbella's most exclusive hotels and restaurants. Here, you can dip your toes in the sea or enjoy lunch at Trocadero, a popular spot for freshly grilled fish and cocktails with a stunning view. With over 20 beaches along the coast, there are plenty of options for soaking up the sun or trying exciting water sports.
A short drive will take you to Puerto Banus, or you can explore Marbella’s vibrant cultural scene. Stroll through the charming old town with its cobbled streets, shaded squares, and historic buildings. Visit the Iglesia Santa Maria de la Encarnacion or relax at the Plaza de los Naranjos, where you can enjoy ice cream from Mauro’s Heladeria and sit on a sunny terrace to soak in the lively atmosphere. Security deposit
€15,000 charged to client's credit card before arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection.
Arrival time
3-10 pm. After 10 pm, there will be a fee of €150. Please let the property manager know if you will be arriving late.
Departure time
10 am. Departures after 10 am will incur a charge of a half-day's rent until 3 pm. After 3 pm, a full-night's rent will be charged to clients.

Extra €1500, paid to Oliver's Travels with the balance. Guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
