Welcome to this charming 2-bedroom apartment, a bright and comfortable retreat just a short walk from Torrevieja’s vibrant coastline. It’s the perfect base for travellers looking to enjoy the Mediterranean lifestyle, with beaches, restaurants, and local attractions all within easy reach.

The apartment is on the second floor and sleeps up to 4 people with 3 beds. It’s situated inside a secure gated complex with access to a communal pool and well kept garden as well as its own east facing balcony.

Living area:
The open planned living area filled with natural light, and a fully equipped kitchen — ideal for relaxing after a day in the sun or enjoying a quiet breakfast before heading out to explore. There is a sofa and a smart TV with a great selection of UK/ International channels including movies, sports and TV series, plus Netflix means you will always find something to watch. The air conditioning/heating will also ensure you stay comfortable during your stay. The Complimentary fast speed Wi-Fi covers the whole of the apartment, so you can stream and browse at your pleasure or for work purposes. The east facing balcony leading off the living area with its bistro table and chairs is the perfect place for some outside dining. There is also a table and chairs for some inside dining.

Kitchen:
The contemporary kitchen is well equipped with all the necessary appliances including an electric oven and hob, fridge freezer, toaster, kettle and coffee maker. The utility room has a washing machine and microwave. There is a fire extinguisher and smoke detector for your safety.

Master Bedroom:
The generously sized master bedroom offers plenty of storage for your clothes with its built in mirrored wardrobes and bedside cabinets. The king size bed and celling fan will provide you with a comfortable sleep. If required a heater is also available for the cooler months.

Second Bedroom:
A well-proportioned second bedroom that has two single beds with built in wardrobe, bedside cabinet and draws again provide plenty of storage. There is a celling fan and heater if required for the cooler months.

Bathroom:
The property includes a modern bathroom with walk in shower, sink and toilet.

Bedding and Towels:
All freshly made bedding and towels are provided along with pool towels. Hairdryer, Iron and ironing board is also available.

Also available to use at the beach or around the pool are beach chairs, Sunbeds & parasol.

Parking:
Free on street parking just outside.

Torrevieja's main shopping high street and supermarkets are only a few minutes away. Torrevieja is a bustling seaside town and a popular destination for holidaymakers. The beaches of Torrevieja are fantastic and boasts a promenade which is an ideal place to relax all year round. There is an abundance of bars, restaurants and shops.

La Zenia boulevard or Habaneras shopping centres are just a short bus ride away. The beautiful marina is just a 20 min walk where you will find a good selection of water sports and nightclubs.

You can get to the apartment from the airport by taxi or bus. The bus station is just a 10 minute walk from the apartment.
