Our Cozy 2 bed apartment in the popular costal town of Torrevieja is within a 10 min walk to the beach. It’s situated in a small gated complex with access to a communal pool and has its own balcony.

The apartment sleeps 4 and is on the second floor. It has an open plan lounge with a well equipped kitchen and dinning table with chairs. There is also a utility room with a washing machine.
There is an East facing balcony (not over looking pool) leading of the lounge.
2 bedrooms, one with a king size bed and the other with 2 single beds. Both with built in wardrobes.
Bathroom has a walk in shower, sink and toilet.
All bedding, towels & beach/pool towels supplied.
Air conditioning in the living room and fans in all rooms with heating.
Complementary Wifi
TV with English/ international channels plus Netflix.
Iron with ironing board and hairdryer. Beach chairs & parasol.
Free on street parking just outside.

Its great location puts you in easy reach of plenty of restaurants, bars and all other amenities without the need for a car.
As soon as you leave the gated complex there are bars and restaurants just outside.
The apartment is only 650 meters from the beach and promenade. You will find everything you could possibly need in terms of services and amenities, all within easy reach.
24 hour corner shop close by and Torrevieja's main shopping high street and supermarkets are only a few minutes away.
Torrevieja is a bustling seaside town and a popular destination for holidaymakers. The beaches of Torrevieja are fantastic and boasts a promenade which is an ideal place to relax all year round. There is an abundance of amenities to hand including bars, restaurants, banks, shops and supermarkets.
You can also get a bus to La Zenia shopping boulevard.
Alicante airport is just 40 km away and is about a 40 min drive.
The bus station with regular services to Alicante airport is just a 10 minute walk from the apartment.
