Villa in Moraira with private pool, 3 bedrooms (all with airco), 2 bathrooms, big terrace, garden and teahouse. In quiet area next to forest. Close to some restaurants and Mercadona.
In our holiday home you can relax with 6 persons at the private swimming pool. Very quiet and private bordering a forest. 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. But still close to amenities like supermarkets and restaurants (Mercadona and restaurants at 5 minute walk) and the beautiful beaches from Moraira and El Portet (5 minutes by car).
Big terrace with sun beds and parasols and a teahouse with outside kitchen. All the bedrooms have mosquito nets and airco. Living room has Smart television with Dutch satellite so many Dutch channels. Other channels available by using apps on the smart TV.
The pool measures 8 by 5 meters. We have an outside shower as well as an extra outside toilet. Towels for the pool are present as well as some toys to play with in the pool.
The center and beach of Moraira is only 3 km away. The beautiful beach of El Portet is 4 Km away. A bit further are Javea, Denia and Altea. Very special is the castle of Guadalest or the waterfalls from Algar (whole year round).
Further are the bigger cities like Benidorm, Alicante or very beautifull Valencia with its park with musea.
Supermarkets like Mercadona, Aldi, Lidl, Carrefour are within 3 kilometers.
IMPORTANT!
We live on the top floor ourselves so not much noise after 12 o’clock in the night. But everything else is exclusive to you such as swimming pool, garden, terrace, garden, tea house etc.
We have two shy cats that you may see in the garden
