Villa Panagia offers a refined retreat in the heart of Gaios village on the idyllic island of Paxos. Set over two floors, this five-bedroom villa features a private swimming pool and tranquil Mediterranean gardens, ideal for relaxed coastal living.

The ground floor comprises three double bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms and direct garden and pool access, alongside a twin room with en-suite and a single bedroom with a separate shower room. Traditional blue shutters and a clean, minimalist design blend comfort with understated Greek character.

Upstairs, an open-plan living area includes a sitting room with a fireplace, a smart TV, and a dining space, leading to a spacious sea-view terrace. The modern kitchen, distinguished by a blue chandelier, opens onto the terrace, where a ten-seater dining table and barbecue set the scene for leisurely alfresco meals.

Outside, the sea-facing terrace is surrounded by mature gardens and features a ten-and-a-half-metre by six-metre private pool, sun loungers, an outdoor shower, and shaded seating areas, perfect for unwinding with a book or enjoying the view.

Modern amenities include air conditioning, Wi-Fi, ceiling fans, satellite smart TV, mosquito screens, and a fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob, fridge-freezer, and washing machine. Families are well catered for with baby essentials provided.

Daily maid service, pool and garden maintenance, and the option of home-cooked meals from the housekeeper complete this elegant island escape.

Set in the picturesque village of Gaios on the Ionian island of Paxos, Villa Panagia offers a peaceful retreat just five minutes’ drive from the island’s lively main port. Surrounded by olive groves and the vivid blues of the Ionian Sea, its setting is tranquil yet well-connected. The nearest beach is a short walk away, only three hundred metres from the villa.

Gaios serves as a gateway to Paxos' many charms. A fourteen-minute drive brings you to Lakka, a scenic harbour town with its own distinct appeal. Nearby, Mongonissi is home to the island’s only sandy beach, while Kipiadi Beach and Kimos near Porto Longos provide excellent spots for water sports.

Wander the atmospheric streets of Gaios, where Venetian architecture lines a harbour filled with boutique shops and waterfront tavernas. Visit the historic Venetian Castle or take a boat trip to Antipaxos to discover soft sandy shores and crystalline waters. The island's famous Blue Caves also invite exploration, with sunlight illuminating the sea-carved grottoes in striking hues.

Paxos also offers a rich culinary experience, from olive oil tours to local wine tastings. For panoramic views, hike to Erimitis and watch the sun set over the sea. As evening descends, Gaios comes alive with a welcoming, vibrant nightlife, perfect after a day of island discovery.
