Villa Oliveira blends contemporary comfort with understated Portuguese character in the peaceful Escanchinas area, just outside Almancil. Designed with both style and function in mind, this five-bedroom villa accommodates up to 10 guests and offers spacious interiors alongside thoughtfully curated outdoor living.

Inside, guests will find open-plan living areas with two inviting lounges, a fireplace, and UK cable TV, plus a sleek kitchen equipped with modern appliances and a wine cooler. Dining together is easy, thanks to an extendable table for eight and multiple spaces to relax or retreat, including two studies and a secondary lounge.

Each of the five bedrooms comes with its own bathroom, and the flexible layout includes a twin room that can convert to a double, plus an extra bed option in the study for larger groups.

Outside, a generous pool terrace is surrounded by mature olive and palm trees, sun loungers, and shaded lounge areas. The traditional calçada Portuguesa paving and alfresco dining area with gas barbecue complete the scene—perfect for leisurely lunches and long summer evenings.

Villa Oliveira enjoys a quietly refined setting in the village of Escanchinas, just outside Almancil - perfect for guests wanting a calm retreat without compromising on convenience. Within a short drive, you'll find golden beaches at Vale do Lobo, ideal for swimming, sunbathing, or evening strolls along the shoreline.

Almancil itself offers a range of dining options, from seafood tavernas to Mediterranean restaurants, as well as essentials like the high-end Apolonia supermarket. For golf lovers, the villa is well-placed near several of the Algarve’s top courses, while horse riding enthusiasts can explore the scenic countryside from local equestrian centres.

Security deposit
€1,000 charged to the client's credit card as a pre-authorisation at least 2 weeks prior to arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to a full inspection.

End of stay cleaning available?
Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.

Tax
Please be aware that a Tourist Tax mandated by local authorities may apply to your stay and is subject to change; this is an additional fee to be to OT. The charge will be 2 Euros p.p for a max of 5 nights and 1 Euro p.p from March to November.
