A spacious studio flat on the ground floor consisting of a living room with kitchenette with fireplace, double bedroom and a bathroom with shower The beautiful brick ceilings are very high and the walls are painted apricot.

The apartment has a small patio for outdoor dining, surrounded by a large garden and your own barbecue.

The strategic location of Podere Oliveta allows guests to easily reach the main attractions of central Tuscany. In fact San Gimignano, Florence, Siena, Volterra are only a few kilometres away.
Outside the structure there is a lovely swimming pool (12m x 6m) in operation from May to September. A sun terrace with umbrellas and sunbeds is available for guests to enjoy infinite relaxation and pleasant moments. Each garden is equipped with outdoor furniture.

The nearest shops and restaurants are only 3 km away, in Poggibonsi, where you can also find supermarkets, banks, pubs, cinemas and theaters.

My wife and I have been managing our Podere Oliveta for 25 years. It was an old farm dating back to the end of the 1700s, we restored it and divided it into 5 apartments. We still produce Chianti wine and olive oil. We are located in the center of Tuscany in the middle of the Chianti hills from where the most interesting places can easily be reached. We guarantee a peaceful and relaxing stay. We advise our customers on excursions, where to eat, where to shop and help them with any need.
