Vintage Apartment Kolonaki is an apartment of 163 sqm (1755 sqft) on the fourth floor of a residential building of six floors, that was built in the late fifties. I kept all the vintages of that decade trying to keep the atmosphere and the taste of those good old days. The apartment consists of a master bedroom with two beds another bedroom with two bunk beds and a third smaller bedroom with a bunk bed and an office.
Total beds five. Apart from the above, there is a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room a sitting room, and a separate office. Not to mention the main bathroom and an extra WC with a sink and a toilet (not a shower).
Literally, next door to the apartment there is a supermarket (SKLAVENITIS) a multi-store building with a cafe, a restaurant on the last floor (HONDOS CENTER), and a hairdresser opposite to it. All to start your day with.
The Kolonaki area will offer the best shops in the city for ladies, and men. Also, it should be mentioned the wide range of trendy cafes, restaurants, and galleries. Last but not least I must mention two unique museums that are the heart of Kolonaki. It is the Benaki Museum, just opposite to National Garden and the
Presidential Guard, with interesting elements from ancient to modern Greece as per history and art.
