Villa Louise

We fell in love with our villa as soon as we found it and we are sure you will too. It has a quiet location yet is only a 5 minutes walk to many local bars, restaurants and supermarkets and only a 10 minute walk to the beach although most people take the car.
If you prefer to be near the pool then its at the bottom of the garden!! only 10 paces away and our private gate opens on to the pool area. The large rear terrace, surrounded by Palm trees, also overlooks the garden and pool. It really is a lovely setting with the added benefit of a private driveway to park the car in. Wheelchair friendly ramp to the rear terrace.

Villa Internal Details
Entering the villa from the rear terrace you will come in to a large lounge with sofa and two armchairs, feature fireplace, 43” LG Smart TV with UK channels, DVD, CD Radio. The Villa is Fully air conditioned/heating. There is a fold down table which seats 6. The open plan kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, toaster & coffee maker. Utility room with Washing machine, Dishwasher - iron & ironing board. There are two ground floor bedrooms one double (King size bed) and one twin, both have large fitted wardrobes with plenty of hanging & storage space. Both bedrooms are air conditioned and have additional ceiling fans.
There is also a ground floor bathroom (wheelchair accessible) with Large walk-in shower enclosure & fold down shower seat + thermostatic shower mixer, modern 800 Basin Unit with mirror above & WC with fold down grab rail.
Stairs lead to the master bedroom with King size bed, 2 double wardrobes & dressing table plus a full en suite bathroom. Double doors open on to the large roof terrace with additional seating and coffee table. All bed linen and towels are provided. Please use your own towels if by the pool or beach.

Out & About
The area surrounding Playa Flamenca has everything from beautiful clean blue flag beaches to a vast array of bars & restaurants. It also has many golf courses 3 within 10 minutes drive at Villa Martin, Las Ramblas & Campoamar all pay & play but its best to book (from £80 a round + buggy fee). There is also a 12 court Paddle Tennis Centre with a bar/cafe and several crazy golf places too.
The nearest large town is Torrevieja - 10 minutes drive - with a good range of shops + a weekly market plus a large marina with a promenade which holds regular evening craft fairs.
There is also a large shopping centre "La Zenia Boulevard" approximately 1.5 miles away which has a great selection of designer and well known stores such as, Zara, Primark, C & A, Timberland etc plus many cafe's, bars & restaurants. Children love the water feature in the play area and you can also hire animal rides for 10 - 60 minutes to keep them amused, there is also a train ride which goes round the shopping mall. Well worth a visit with plenty of underground & overground parking.
