This 3 bedroomed villa with private pool is situated in the small village of Ban Nong Yai, 5 minutes from the Beach. The property has a secluded garden with sun loungers, barbecue and seating area, perfect for topping up your tan or just to relax and read a book. The pool area has sun all day and there is a shaded patio area. The fully equipped western style kitchen adjoins the open plan living area. There are 3 bedrooms, two with double beds and the other with two large single beds, both have ceiling fan, air conditioners, storage space and a safe.
There is also parking on the property.
Out and About
Just 5 minutes drive from the property is the Khao Kalok beach. Along the beach road and overlooking the beach itself you will find numerous bars/restaurants. Pick the one that takes your fancy and relax for a few hours getting cooled by the sea breezes over some delicious food and drinks.
Quad bikes, canoes and jet skis are available for hire at the beach. A further five minutes drive from here you will find the Wyndham Resort and the facilities at this hotel are available to non-residents. Carry on along this beach road you will find the town of Pak Nam Pran with 7/11's and a small Lotus's. The town of Pranburi with a large Lotus's Shopping Mall and restaurants are 15 minute drive away. Dolphin Bay with its long sandy white beaches and hotels is a 15 minute drive in the opposite direction to Pak Nam Pran. To get around the local area you will need transport.
Taxi's are available from the village or we can arrange a hire car, a scooter or a scooter with a four seater side car (saleng).
We can also arrange for a taxi driver to collect you from the airport / bus depot, if needed.
If it's a lively night out you want then head to the town of Hua Hin, approx 40 minutes from the property, where you will find bars, restaurants, discos and cinemas. Bluport and Market Village Shopping Malls offer international brands and upmarket restaurants. Also in the town there are various night markets selling Thai handicrafts, clothes and food. Hua Hin also has a lovely long sandy white beach well worth a visit.
