One of six identical villas, each detached property features a private swimming pool, enclosed garden, and is within walking distance of the family-friendly resort and sandy beaches of Flogita. With two double bedrooms, these compact yet well-designed two-storey homes are ideal for up to four guests, perfect for small families or two couples travelling together.
The villas are constructed from traditional local stone with terracotta roofs and enclosed for privacy and shade. Interiors are welcoming and light-filled, styled with natural wood, timbered ceilings, and soft earth-toned décor. On the ground floor, an open-plan living area includes a cosy seating space with a flat-screen satellite TV and access to the pool terrace. The galley kitchen is fully equipped, including a Nespresso machine and a dining table for four.
Also on this level is a cool stone-walled bedroom with a built-in double bed and open wardrobe, alongside a modern shower room. Upstairs, under timbered eaves, you’ll find a second double bedroom and a second bathroom with a shower.
Outdoors, relax on the lawn, take a dip in the private pool, or unwind on wooden loungers overlooking nearby fields. Evenings invite alfresco dining and barbecues under the stars, simple pleasures in a serene Greek setting.
Villas Etthy are located in the coastal resort of Flogita, near the westernmost of Halkidiki’s three peninsulas, on the northern Greek mainland by the clear waters of the Aegean Sea. Thessaloniki Airport Makedonia lies thirty-five kilometres away, offering convenient access. Within walking distance, guests will find minimarts stocked with essentials, while the nearest beach and the village centre of Flogita are just one kilometre from the villa. Nea Flogita Beach is known for its golden sands, sun loungers, clear waters, and inviting seafront tavernas. After sunset, enjoy lively bars, restaurants, and vibrant nightlife.
Halkidiki boasts sixty-two beaches, including nearby Dionysiou, Nea Moudania with its watersports, peaceful Agios Mamas, and family-friendly Nea Potidea. The villa lies closest to the Kassandra peninsula, celebrated for its popular beaches and nightlife. Central Sithonia offers secluded bays and lush landscapes, while eastern Athos features golden sands and pine forests. Though access to Mount Athos is restricted to men with advance permission, boat trips provide scenic coastal views, opportunities to swim and snorkel, and on-board seafood dining. The Drenia Isles, a nearby archipelago, offer calm, shallow waters ideal for swimming.
History enthusiasts can explore ancient Stagira, birthplace of Aristotle, the archaeological site of Olynthos, and the Petralona Cave, where a seven-hundred-thousand-year-old human skull was discovered. Poligiros, the capital, is home to museums and lively bars. Activities in the area include forest hikes, scuba diving, jeep safaris, and wine and honey tastings.
Further afield, the historic city of Thessaloniki offers Byzantine churches, museums, the White Tower, and panoramic views from the Old Town.

€100 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.

Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
