Security deposit
£500 charged to the client's credit card as a pre-authorisation at least 2 weeks prior to arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to a full inspection.

Thursday during peak season - flexible during all other periods.

End of stay cleaning
Standard changeover clean included in the price. Guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.

Smoking Allowed?
Smoking & vaping are not permitted.

Minimum stay
7 nights. All other durations upon request.

Heating costs included?
Yes, included in the rental price

Pool heating charge?
For those who require pool heating, there will be an additional charge of £375 per week (to be paid to OT prior to travel). This extra is only available on request, and with prior arrangement before arrival. Please note that like all heated pools, pool heating and water temperature are reliant on weather and outside temperatures.

Tax
The tax of 1-2 Euros per person aged 16 years and older to be paid to Oliver's Travels, will be applied for a maximum of 5 nights. Low Season - between November 1st and March 31st - 1€ per night. High Season - between April 1st and October 31st - 2€ per night.
